Yaxing's PTFE coated glass cloth (open mesh) or PTFE Tape combines the properties of PTFE with the mechanical strength of Glass Cloth. It has a good heat and chemical resistance along with excellent non stick properties.
Main capability and characteristics: 1). Heat-resistance: under the temperature of -70 to 260, plus good capability of weather resistance and anti-aging.
2). Easily cleaned: hardly adhere any material; easy to wash away the blot or other dust, such as resin, coating material, etc. 3). Chemical corrosion resistance: it can resist acid, alkali, aqua fortis and various kinds of organic liquid corrosion; 4). Good dimension stability ,high intensity, and good mechanical capability; 5). Resisting impotence caused by bend, and it could be used on smaller tread; 6). Medicament resistance and non-poison: almost resisting all kinds of medicament and FDA; 7). Fireproofing and flame resistance. 8). Low coefficient of friction and good electrical insulation and di-electric properties
Application range: A: weaving, printing: parching access and parching room belt for stamp parching, washing-dye parching, fabric reducing parching, non-weaving cloth parching, etc; B: silk-net, printing: parching access and parching room belt for silk printing parching, lax parching machine, paper filtering parching, ultraviolet parching, plastic parching, etc; C: other situations: parching room belt for high-cycle parching, micro wave parching, various food -frosting and thawing, roasting, swathe heat shrinking.
